Katie and Christopher meeting "3 Doors Down" 2/20/09
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, I just got it. The 3 Doors Down is a group ( a band, I assume). Silly me (or ole fart me). I thought it had something to do with some neighbors you were having parties with or something. Next time, Chris, you'll have to spell it out for those of us who live in the 20th century (ha, ha). Well, I think Spring or maybe summer has arrived in Texas. It's going to get up to 78 or 80 this week and yet no rain. The lakes are really low and now they're talking about charging water bills by the number of flushes. Imagine! What with $65 a month extra for each family coming from Obama's incentive package, it will be taken up by "the can". Pardon my French!We may yet see people living in "chicken houses" again, eh, Mom! John, how are you doing without your guy? Thought of another dog? Well, Slumdog Millionaire ran away with the Oscars tonight! Beth and I took that in last week and liked it alot. There were a couple of rough to take scenes but they fit in with the story so they werent just there for the shock factor. Well, now we'll be getting ready for Emmy to turn 3 and have a Princess b-day. She calls Mom "Grand Mother" when she seems pix of her and Dad "Grand Father" when she sees pix of him but Chuck and me are still Big GrandPa and GrandPA not GrandMA. So neat!!! I loved what little Emily says about GRANDMother and GRANDfather. And you are still Grandpa huh bird??? SOOOOOO funny... I loved the picture of Emily and of you on the horse. And interesting about getting charged for flushes!!!
So glad you keep posting pictures because it keeps everyone in everyones life in some ways. And it keeps all us Jones close together. WIll call you this weekend... love you bird Chris......and yes it was the BAnd lol.....
